General Contracting
Building a space requires attention to detail, a high level of communication, and the vision to see several steps ahead for a successful project completion. We are licensed general contractors in California and work with select clients on luxury residential and commercial projects across the state.
Development
Rudimental Co. develops residential and commercial properties for our own portfolio as well as for select clients across the country.
Investment
We invest across a broad set of asset classes with a focus on value. We only acquire assets with a margin of safety to our estimate of intrinsic value which is determined after an exhaustive due diligence period.
Project Management
At Rudimental, we cultivate and manage key relationships to understand the overall goals and handle overseeing each project from their point of view from pre-construction through delivery.
