Our approach places an emphasis on proper strategic planning and budgeting through the critical pre-construction phase where we alleviate the potential conflicts that often arise during construction.
Pre Construction
Construction is a risky industry where managing projects means managing risk. Construction risk can be defined as any threat to the progress and completion of a construction project that creates potential loss exposure. In the construction industry, risk is a part of every stage of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to project closeout.
Our structures are tailored to do more than just point out existing risks. A good risk management structure should also calculate the uncertainties and predict their influence on a business. Consequently, the result is a choice between accepting risks or rejecting them. Acceptance or rejection of risks is dependent on the tolerance levels that a business has already defined for itself. Construction
Once construction begins, there will be full-time, on-site management by Rudimental Co.'s senior staff including daily coordination and interaction with subcontractors, schedule management and weekly detailed on-site walk throughs of the build progress. We understand transparency and communication is key to deliver a successful project, which will enable us to support each decision making process along the way.
Post Construction
Once the project has been completed, Rudimental Co. will provide a comprehensive walk through of all systems and ensure the final delivery meets the company's best in class quality standard. We will provide continuous support for any questions or needs for our clients once construction has been completed.
